Description
This product use aluminum alloy material, with 7 strengthen steel aluminum alloy structure, which can improve the dynamic performance and accuracy a lot . it advantage is the pad thin, light weight, portable .Weighing pad adopts multiple sealing load sensors embedded into the structure of high strength aluminum alloy at the bottom of the weighing pad , high accuracy , good sealing effect.
This product mainly used for dynamic vehicles axle weighing ,it's suitable for road vehicles overload measurement, such as road or traffic police department to overrun or overloaded vehicles weight law enforcement and other fields, but also can be used in the overload warning system of mine or logistics, etc.
Feature
1. multiple load cells are inside weigh pad, an integrated and ultra-slim structure, easy for move, with light weight less than 20kg.
2. With special protection treatment, suitable for harsh environment.
3. patented designed slope can lower force impact from vehicle wheels.
4. double weighting pads can be parallelly connected to measure axle weight .
