Absorbing technology from German and combining the characters of beer production industry, we design and manufacture this small type of beer filling machine. 

It works steadily, having complete functions of rinsing, filling, capping and sterilizing.    

Structure character

1, Rinsing part adopts spring type stainless steel clamp which can endure high pressure. It can make sure turn glass bottles steadily and not break them. Rinsing nozzle is quincuncial, which makes rinsing water cover each part of inside bottle. 

2, Filling part adopts spring type lifter to elevate glass bottles. Beer tank is supported by big bearing, and it adopts centring guide structure of leader, having preheatshroud function.  

3, This machine adopts filling valves with high precision, liquid level in tank and backpressure are controlled by variable signal in proportion. Filling is fast, steady and precise. It also has the function of vacuuming once.     

4, Capping part consists of stainless steel capping plunger and mechanical agitation type of magnetic force cap unscrambler, which can make sure capping sanitary. Hopper, taking caps and pressing caps are finished by magnet. It also has automatic unloading function, reducing rate of bottle break.      

5, Before capping, there is a foaming device, which drops pure water into bottle to make foam in order to drive air away from bottle, so as to make sure oxygen content is less than 0.15mg/L.  

6, This filling machine also has functions of closing valves automatically when bottle is broken, not rinsing when bottle is broken, exhausting pipe removing foam automatically. 

7, It has complete CIP cleaning function. When it is matched with CIP cleaning device, can washing filling pipes with acid and alkaline liquor and hot water.   

8, All the parts which contact directly liquid are made of stainless steel 304, inside and outside walls are done with mirror polish.   

9, This machine has a glycerol lubrication system, which makes maintenance more convenient. 

10,this machine is controlled by PLC. It has automatic controlling system such as touch screen operation, converter to govern in a stepless way, etc. It also has functions of filling valves are not opened when there is no bottle, cap doesn't drop when there is no bottle, machine stopping when there is no cap.
