1.Produce of Galvanized Steel Wire
Steel rod coil-wire drawing-wire annealing-rust removing-acid wasting-boiling-drying-zinc feeding-wire coiling
♦Wire Rod(low carbon steel, ISQ195, ASTM,SAE 1006/1008)
♦Wire Drawing(draw 6.5mm wire to 4.mm or other diameter, two types of drawing methods)
♦Annealing(wire go through the high temperature, improve T/S, preparation for the zinc coating)
♦Zinc coating(electro GI wire and hot-dipped GI wire, dealed with electro polish and high temperature. More zinc coating, the better resistance of corrosion)
♦Wire Coiling(Weight of coil/roll: 200kg, 100kg, 50kg, 25kg, 10kg, 2-8kg)
Galvanized iron wire is made with mild steel, hard-drawn, and then galvanized. It is rust-resistant, and very versatile in applications. Galvanized iron wire can be supplied in the form of coil wire, spool wire or further processed into straightened cut wire or U type wire.
Annealing is the key determinant of the wire T/S

Hot dipped galvanized wire from choiced low carbon steel wire, through the strict process of Wire Drawing---Annealing---Acid Washing---Water Clearing---Drying---Galvanizing--Coiling, in this way, excellent flexibility and tensile strength could be guaranteed.
