Brief introduction of Stainless steel pot for cooking / gas heating jacketed kettle / cooking pot stands
The machine is specially used for cooking syrup, jam, chilli paste, and other sauce paste. It at the same time has agitating function.
Operation Procedure:
1. Before starting the machine, check the heat transfer oil.
2. Clean the kettle before putting raw material.
3. Open the oil valve before starting machine.
4. Connect the electricity and start the machine. Adjust the temperature to the required temperature(no more than 280℃). Now can begin production.
5. Cut off electricity and close oil valve before tilting kettle.(you can turn hand wheel and make the kettle tilt to discharge raw material).
