Standard Features:
1. Whole machine is welded with thick seamless steel structure; Processed by high temperature tempering treatment and vibration stress relief (VSR) to reduce residual stress; Ensure that the stability is excellent, not easy to be deformed.
2.Vacuum table with T-slot, can fix the work piece by suction and clamps. Attractive and durable, easier to operation, also can save your time.
3. Three axes adopt Taiwan imported HIWIN 20 big square guiding rail; X and Y axes adopt rack and pinion transmission, fast working, high efficiency and low cost. Z axis adopts Germany imported ball screw,with high precision and long life time.
4. Big Stepper motors, YAKO 2811 drive Fulling 3.7Kw inverter and all other spare parts adopt the best brand in China to ensure the good quality and stability.
5. DSP control system which with USB connection operated with the handle, convenient operation.
6. Chencan air cooling 3.5Kw spindle, which with big power and high speed.
7. Vacuum system with 5.5kw water cooling vacuum pump, which with big sunction 250m³/h.
8. The rotary axis adopt chuck and thimble structure, which can be used for processing cylinder such as cylindrical furniture fitting, armrest of stair and so on.
9. Well compatibility: CAD/CAM designing software e.g. Type 3/ Artcam/ Castmate/ Wentai etc.
10. Has the function of re-carving after break point and power failure. Has the function of forecasting process time.
