Detailed Features:
- Lathe bed is welded with seamless steel structure and is processed by high temperature tempering treatment
- Working size:1300*2500*200mm.Rotary device:diameter 125mm with length 1500mm.
- Air-cooling spindle(water cooled spindle optional)
- Fuling inverter(or Delta)
- Adopting advanced DSP system with USB interface, operated with the handle
- Vacuum system :T-slot Vacuum table with 6 vacuum zones with water-pump.
- Three axes adopt Taiwan Hiwin high precision square guide rail, X and Y axes adopt rack and pinion transmission, Z axis adopts Germany-made ball screw,
- Has the function of re-carving after break point and power failure.
- Along with the machine, some spare parts, work fixtures and tools will be packed into the tool box.
- Whole machine packed with fumigation-free IPPC wooden case.
Applicable materials
Wood, plastic, density board, wave board, PVC, acrylic, crystal, aluminum board, light marble and other nonmetal materials and light metal materials.
Processing effect:
It can manufacture the following effects: engraving, cutting, milling ,drilling, relief, shadow and so on.
