3. CNC Router engraving and Cutting for wood,plastic,density board,wave board, PVC, acrylic, crystal , aluminum board ect .

- Ø Machine frame adopts the seamless steel structure that is firmer and more endurable than other materials, and the machine is operated simply.
- Ø Working area:2000mm*6000mm.For router gantry height 200mm.
- Ø Rotary device length 6000mm.
- Ø Spindle motor: Domestic 4.5KW water-cooled spindle
- Ø Plasma torch power:Hypertherm 65A
- Ø The cutting mouth is small, tidy and without residue phenomenon.
- Ø Operating system: DSP system for cnc router, Start system for plasma.
- Ø Electrical components: Schneider and Siemens/Limit switch:Omron.
- Ø Has the function of re-carving after break point and power failure,Has the function of forecasting process time .
- Ø This type of machine is mainly used for steel plate, aluminum plate, copper plate, iron plate, galvanized plate, titanium plate and other metal plates.
- Ø It supports Artcam, Type3 software such paths generated standard G code files can also be converted by software to read AUTOCAD and other software to generate DXF format files. Control system uses the U disk swap processing files, easy to operate.
