This is EL-DW16D Program Controlled Pattern Bender, this machine a improvement from EL-DW16B Electric scroll bending machine.
EL-DW16C is the master for EL-DW16D. It used principal axis of pattern bender to transfer power,
and it have angle bending device, small round spring bend device and are bending device three parts.
This machine takes the all excellence that EL-DW16C have, and it can bend round,arc,wave curve, and strengthening,
the angle bending mechanism and bend round in batch from this three parts.

Wrought iron scroll bending machine features:
1. In pattern bending this wrought iron machine can automatically control time and localization so as to
guarantee the consistent performance, consequently this can reduce working hours and labor intensity.
2. The dies are unconventionally designed with smooth exterior round and without pothole. Having large outspread space.
3. We can replace the dies simply and conveniently, and the replacement can be finished within 48 seconds.
4. High working ability with the maximum ability bending 16mmX16mm square steel.
5. High production efficiency, the machine can bend 300 pieces of C pattern 6mmX15mm flat irons per hour.
6. The machine is made with comprehensive functions that can process all kinds and specifications of C, P and S iron patterns.
The machine, suit for processing patterns of all kinds and sizes, is equipped with three kinds of holdup wheels: dia 50mm,
dia 30mm and dia 20mm.
