Our company is pleasure accept all items 1pcs order. We welcome sample order for testing.

2. Why i find some price on your items show only 1-50USD/pcs, when can i get the price at 1usd?
1-50usd is just a price range for your reference here.

3. What's your delivery time? If i need products very urgent, how can iget it?

Our delivery time usual within 7-15workdays, and urgent order please check with our sales and who will offer a good delivery time for you according to your urgent request by express shipping.

4. How long i can ge your reply after i send inquiry.
You can get reply within 24hour from Monday to Friday, and within 48hours at weekend. If need urgent, please call us so we can reply soon after we phone communiated. Phone call is warmly welcome 24hours whole day.

5.What's your warranty & after service policy for all products?
12 Moths for all product, and some product warranty is 18months. Usual offer 1% spare parts free for your after service and this parts will send with order goods together.

6. How many qty so i can get your OEM service with myself brand name?
Bottled water dispenser qty:300pcs, other type pumps 200pcs. If you don't want any brand name, package can offer by neutral boxes. Bottled water dispenser can be offered blue color boxes without brand name. For more detail please check with sales who contact with you.

7 What's your product certificate?
All product has CE certificated, some product with ISO8846 for marine usage.And drinking water pumps can be offered withi NSF certificate cause all our material made according to NSF & FDA certifate, but for our qty is not large enough, so we don't have it. If your order qty is enough for it, we can offer NSF Certificate within 6 months.

8 What's the payment can you accept?
Usually we accept T/T ,Western Union or PayPal, MoneyGram, also RMB transfer in China mainland.
