Product Description

Double Horse Head Pumping Unit is China national petroleum corporation and the national key scientific and technological achievements to promote projects. Is a kind of long stroke and low speed of energy-saving products, suitable for medium and low viscosity crude oil and high water cut crude oil production.
This machine adopts variable diameter circular arc shape of beam after the arm, adopt flexible connection between beam and beam structure, not only reserve the advantages of the conventional beam pumping unit, also has a long stroke, low dynamic load, torque fluctuation is small, high efficiency, low energy consumption, stable work, easy start, etc. The machine with the same model, compared to conventional beam pumping unit stroke increases about 70%, reduce energy consumption of 20 ~ 30%, installed power lower by about 50%.
