1. The whole tube type pump
 
  1).Operating principle:
On the up stroke, plunger is at the bottom. due to the high hydraulic of upper oil pipe, upper and lower traveling valve being closed, the plunger goes upward. Under the differential pressure, fixed valve opening the oil inlet, downhole pressure drive formation liquid through the fixed valve flow into the pump cylinder;

On the down stroke, the oil pressure drives traveling valve opened, the oil from the below plunger through the plunger hole traveling valve flowing to the plunger, then flowing into the tubing.
 
    2).Structural characteristics:
The pump is composed of barrel, plunger, coupling, fixed valve, simple structure, convenient operation.

2 .Liquid pump
 
 1).Operating principle:
The pump is composed of two different diameter pumps which are connected in series. The center pipe connects up and down plunger as a whole. Up stroke, the plunger assembly goes upward, ring cavity volume between up plunger and barrel is on the increase, the pressure decreases, the oil inlet valve is opened, the oil outlet valve is closed in the pipe fluid column pressure, drilling fluid into the annular cavity through inlet / exhaust oil joint. Down stroke, the plunger assembly goes downward, ring cavity volume between up plunger and barrel is on the decrease, pressure increases, the well fluid in the ring cavity through the inlet / exhaust oil joint makes the oil inlet valve closed, the oil outlet valve is opened, via the channel of up plunger hole into the tubing. At this time, because of the oil inlet valve is closed, the pipeline fluid column pressure exert on down plunger through the oil inlet valve (hydraulic feedback force), forcing the plunger down overcoming the friction of heavy oil.
 
 2).Structural characteristics:
 
(1) The pump is composed of two barrels, two plungers. Down stroke, producing quietly big feedback force, greatly reducing the rod down resistance, improve the condition stress of sucker rod ;
(2)The valve cover is four slot streamlined structure, big flow area, small flow resistance, increasing pump filling coefficient, which is suitable for the exploitation of crude oil in the viscosity bellow 2000mPa.s

3.   Long plunger sand control pump
 
 1).Operating principle:
 
The pumping process is similar to common pump. in the pumping process, Liquid in the well through lateral side of the bridge type oil valve assembly into the hole into the pump, via the plunger to the above of pump.
 
2).Structural characteristics:
 
(1)High pump efficiency : due to the upper traveling valve cover of the pump being always exposed to the outside pump cylinder, thus the oil flow section is not affected by the pump barrel diameter, so the oil resistance is smaller than conventional pump. Small plunger downward drag, high pump efficiency, so it is suitable for heavy oil.
(2)The plunger has always sealed pump barrel. The sand in the pipe column is not easy to deposit between the barrel and plunger.
(3)Independent grit channel avoids the heavy sand to be extracted again.
(4)If not stipulated in the contract, our factory according to the class II

4. Barrel traveling type
 
 1).operating principle:
On the up stroke, pumping rod drives the pump cylinder upward, the oil outlet valve being closed, the pump barrel cavity space increasing, pressure dropping. Liquid in well opens the oil inlet valve into the pump chamber. On the down stroke, pump barrel goes downward, increasing the pump pressure, the oil outlet valve being opened, the oil inlet valve being closed, the liquid inside the pump flows into the tubing.
 
2).Structural characteristics:
(1) The pump barrel moves up and down, while the plunger is fixed in the pipe string by lengthening tube.

(2)The oil outlet valve is always above the pump barrel. Stoping pumping can avoid sand, sand card; Deposited into the pump barrel and the outer tube annular space can avoid being pumped out again.

(3)The plunger lengthening tube belongs to slender rod, poor stability, so the pump is not suitable for long stroke pumping and used in heavy oil wells;

(4)The pump barrel goes upward and downward in the tubing . Due to limited space, the pump flow rate is smaller; because the oil valve is smaller than that of the oil valve, having resistant to liquid flow.
