API Drill Pipe Double Plug Cement Head, Single Plug Cement Head

 

Single plug cement head is a special tool for pumping slurry and releasing pumpdown plug. It can couple with one plug, and make the drilling fluid fill into drill pipe in turn and quickly, simplify cementing operation and prevent cement pollution.

 

The casing cementing head with double plugs (called as cementing-head) is a common cementing tool used as wellhead unit in all kinds of cementing operation. Comparing to cementing head with single plug, it owns longer cement-head body, and upper rubber plug and lower rubber plug can be put in at same time.
