Zhongshi Air Blasters are block clearers consisting of a compressed air reservoir with a quick opening valve that releases the stored air in a sudden, high-energy blast. This blast is directed through a discharge pipe to aerate and dislodge material, and restore flow.
When the air blaster working , the air in the reservoir or tank go othrough directly into the discharge pipe at a very fast blasting. The importance is the quicker the air discharges, the greater the speed and force of the blast and, therefore, the greater the amount of material affected.
Air Blasters can be operated manually or by a micro-controller in a distence based in sequencing timer that controls the firing time interval and sequence of one or more Air Blasters.
Applications:
Air Blasters are designed to an easy way to solve bulk flow problems in silos, hoppers, chutes, and storage piles. Air blaster are uesd widely in many industrial fields such as coal,metallurgical,chemical,thermal power,cement and other industries. Use Air Blasters where vibration is not practical, it's a safe and easy way to solve blocking problems. The air blaster can be installed on the hopper where materials will be stucked often, When the material stucked in the hopper, then activate the air blaster to loose the material to go back flowing.

Easy to maintainance : All parts individually replaceable. If a part becomes worn or damaged, it is not necessary to replace the entire valve assembly.
