1, ZSZNJ mud agitator is the neccessory part of the drilling fluid solid control equipment , which is installed on the circulation tank and stirrer the drilling mud to prevent the dilling mud to concretion.
2, ZSZNJ drilling mud mixer is composed of explosion-proof motor, speed reducer, motor base & vane. The motor & speed reducer, speeder reducer & impeller shaft are both connected by rigid coupling. The impeller is screwed with four vanes.
3, The function of Drilling Fluid Agitator is for keeping drilling fluid well-proportioned and solid particles suspending, therefore it mixed round drilling fluid continuously and reliably. Because the reducer has been adopted single reduction gear with worm and worm gear, structure size is small, light weight, balanced transmission, low noise , the power of transmission is large and capacity of agitating is strong .
