Specifications and appearance quality:

Chemical composition inspections:
(1) according to SY/T6194-96 regulations. Casing couplings and its the same steel grade. Sulphur, phosphorus content < < 0.045% 0.045%.
(2) according to the provisions of the 84 GB222-take chemical analysis samples. According to the provisions of the relevant part of GB223 chemical analysis.
(3) American petroleum institute (ARISPEC5CT1988 2001:1 regulations. According to the latest version ASTME59 chemical analysis sample preparation, according to the latest version ASTME350 chemical analysis.
Physical tests:
(1) according to SY/T6194-96 regulations. Be crushed flat test (GB246 97) tension test GB228 (87), and water pressure test.
(2) according to the American petroleum APISPEC5CT1988 learn to 1 hydrostatic pressure test version provisions, crushed flat test, sulfide stress corrosion cracking test, hardness testing (ASTME18 or the latest version provisions as E10), tensile test, transverse impact test (ASTMA370, ASTME23 and relevant provisions of the most recent editions of the standards), grain for testing (ASTME112 the latest version or other methods).
Packaging:
According to T6194 SY / 96 regulations, domestic casing should with steel wire or steel belts externally. Each blade casing couplings and a thread of all should screw in protection to protect threads.
