API Certificated cleaning casing scraper
Description:
1. The Casing scraper is used to clean the cement, mud, embedded bullets, rust, mill scale, paraffin, perforation burrs and other substances from the inside walls of casing. Maintaining a clean casing ID is important to the operation of all tools used in drilling the well. Adhesive materials on casing walls will frequently cause these tools to become difficult to operation.
2. To scrape and clean the casing, simply pass the scraper through either with or without rotation. To check a perforated section for smoothness, run the scraper through the section without rotating. If the weight indicator does not show any irregularities the casing has been cleaned.
Use:
1. Before the casing scraper run into the down hole, the hasten moment of the sub must be the same as the running pipe’s.
2. Before run into the well, check whether the type of the casing scraper is in accordance with the casing’s specification; whether the blade is worn or not; whether the screw is fasten.
3. Protect personal safety when using, prevent injured, damaged, scarred and other accident harm
