This control panel can be connected with several water pump motors at the same time to achieve the constant water supply in one network, including frequency converter, pressure transmitter, PID intelligent table, PLC, and other common components, and possesses switch function of automatic and manual frequency. PLC and inverter in the failure would not cause large-scale water failure, and there is no power consuming metering devices. Each motor has the protection function when appears emergence of electric soft start and stop, ultra-voltage, phase missing, over-current, short-circuit protection. High reliability and reduce shocks to the power grid, motor and water pumps. Its energy-saving rate can be up to 15% -30%. There are display functions on the panel, which can display each motor’s voltage, also together with alarm function.
In order to further extend the working life of feed-water pump, reducing the sealed and wear and tear of the equipment will enable the electrical control panel to maintain the best working conditions, and run the pump with different displacements in combination.
There are reliable alarm equipments to display the liquid level variety of the storage reservoir on the control panel, in order to avoid the phenomenon of ultra-low or ultra-high liquid level. And, if necessary, telemetry and control by GCM of the water network.
This control panel is with the ventilation screen, small size and easy to install and may require additional user features.
