Installing of fuser film sleeves:

Step 1: Clean heating elements and assembly parts totally.

Step 2: Coat the silicone grease into heating element uniformly, ensure the direction of earth ring is same as black rubber of lower roller. After installing the film sleeves, rotate it several circles to ensure the silicon grease coat to the new film sleeves.

(1) Relative parts: Check if the lower roller is off axis or wrinkle and if the axle sleeve is abrasion. If yes, please replace them timely.

(2) Add or change the silicon grease: As the parts lack silicon grease or it becomes trying, all of this will cause the breezing and smear printed letters and paperboard. The silicon grease should be added or changed timely.

(3) Instruction of paperboard: when the paperboard happen in the film assembly, please press the pressure roller and pull the paper lightly. If you pull it strongly, it will break the film sleeve.

How to identify the quality of fuser film sleeve?

(1) Conductivity for heat: If the Conductivity for heat is bad, toner fixing will be not strong. And it also cause soften toner staying the fuser film sleeves and lower roller. This will damage the film assembly.

(2) Isolation: Good isolation of fuser film sleeves will completely real transfer the toner into printing medium. And there is no toner in the film sleeves, it will ensure long life-span of film and not cause any double image.

(3) Flexibility: The good quality fuser film sleeves with suitable flexibility (Stiffness and tear resistance). The fuser film sleeves fall lightly; the sound is similar with metal sound. The stiffness is low, the film sleeves will wrinkle, the color of printing will be not uniform; the stiffness is too high, the conductivity for heat will be bad.
