I. Safety operation instructions
Head of relevant department of your company is advised to carefully read this operation instruction and instruct the handlers and maintenance technicians to read this instruction before operation. Each link of the equipment’s operation should be detailed understood. Pay special attention to Safety Operation Instructions and Emergency Program followed to guarantee personnel security and reduce machine’s damage.
1. The Machine requires arrangements of professional operation and maintenance. The operating personnel must possess relative quality and operates strictly following the safety requirements after understanding machine construction and use method. Grope until mastery during the operation and does routine maintenance work well.
2. Carefully read the operation instruction before use and pay attention to the warning signs posted on machine.
3. Do not install the machine near heat, humidity, intense vibrations, collisions or inflammable materials.
4. For avoiding physical shock, the input power earth wire should be connected by earthing scutcheon’s designated spot.
5. Make sure that power supply voltage complies with the machine specifications and maintain within the safety limit.
6. The door of electronic box should be closed at any time except in need of maintenance and repair.
7. All electrical installation or appliances’ multifunction should be managed by Electrical personnel or a qualified electronics engineer.
8. Part-time native operator should not adjust machine components at random.
9. The operator should ware proper clothes to avoid injuries caused by clothing caught in moving parts. Unrelated items should not be placed on the machine.
10. The operator should maintain the normal physical and mental state. If the operator took alcohol, sleeping pills or other drugs detrimental to the mental state, he or she should be forbidden to operate.
11. Please be full aware of the location of the emergency stop switch so that the emergency button can be pushed in time when danger occurs.
12. During the operation of the machine, any part of the body should not contact the moving of rolling machine parts.
13. If there is any different or abnormal noise in the operation of machine, please stop the machine immediately and check it. When emergency happened, please keep calm and press the red urgent stop switch. Then take measures according to the emergency disposal plan.
14. Please make sure that the power is shut down before operations of cleaning and maintaining, replacing mold or parts.
15. Please operate according to normal procedure and maintain machine surface clean.
16. When cleaning the machine, avoid water or any liquid splashing electrical appliances and wiring in electrical control box or other electrical components.
Emergency processing plan:
In case of improper operation caused body stuck by mechanical operation elements, one should immediately press the emergency stop switch and shut off the power. Use the jiggle bar manually turning so that the stuck body part can be separated with the machine. The direction sign outside the disc axle shows normal operation direction. However, when the emergency of personal injury occurs, the manual turning direction should be based on practical situation. The turning direction should be decided first in specific operation, which should be able to make the running parts loosen the injured body. And then slightly disc in the opposite direction until the injured body part completely separating from machine.
Note: 1. At any time of manual turning, the machine should be powered off. The jiggle bar should be taken out immediately after manual turning for fear that injuries are caused by the throwing out jiggle bar when the machine starts up.
2. During debugging and maintenance, please be sure to shut off the power to prevent accidental bodily injury
