Our induction heating machine are Available from 3kw to 1500kw deliverable output power with 0.5KHZ to1.1M
HZ operating frequency range. All our products are divided into four major series according to the frequency:
Medium frequency series (abbr. MF series):0.2-20KHZ
High frequency series (abbr. HF series):30-100KHZ
Superaudio frequency series (abbr. SF series):5-40KHZ
Ultrahigh frequency series (abbr. UF series):100-1100KHZ
HF-15A MOSFET High frequency induction heater
This model only available in 208-240 volt single phase.
HF-15A is the lowest model of our induction heaters, it is designed to operate between 30-100KHz, high frequency induction heaters are excellent for small parts heating, diamond tool brazing, cutting tool, auto parts heat treating, stainless steel containers annealing, soldering copper plumbing fittings and more.
15kw High frequency induction heaters are the simplest design and very cheaper. With low cost and maintenance, it is the most popular and reliable machines. The 15kw models are especially popular for large power capacity and small footprint at an affordable price. This makes them very large demand for many factories, labs and workshops where 220V AC is available.
It is a portable induction melting machine, can be put in office table and anywhere to melting small capacity previous metals like gold, silver,etc.

8. advantages of the model with timer: the power and the operating time of the heating period and retain period can be preset respectively, to realize a simple heating curve, this model is suggested to use for batch production to improve the repeatability.
9. the separated models are designed to fit the dirty surroundings, the generator can be put in a clean space to increase the reliability; with the small size and light weight of the separated transformer, it is convenient to use in the production line and easily assembled inside the machinery or moved mechanism.
Application:
It is suitable for the heating of small metal parts, for example:
Brazing: it can be used for the brazing of various hardware tools, diamond tools including diamond circular saw from diameter 300-2500mm, abrasive tool, drilling tool, alloy saw blade, hard alloy cutter, milling cutter, reamer, planning tool and solid center bit , brazing of contacts.
HF-15A/AB model, suitable to used for the brazing of circular saw and other tools, usually 9 to 15 seconds is needed to braze one diamond blade.
Heat treatment: heat treatment of small parts, hardening saw blade, band saw etc.
Melting: small amount metal melting, for example: <2KG of gold, silver, copper, brass melting; <0.5KG of steel, stainless steel melting ; <0.5KG of aluminum , aluminum alloy melting.
