Anilox roller cleaning Machine
I. Feature and advantage:
The ink cell of ceramic anilox roller is easier to be blocking by printing ink, plate, double sides adhesive tape or others after a long time printing, then it will affect the printing quality and the anilox roller normal use.
The anilox roller cleaning machine use ultrasonic produced tiny bubbles, tiny bubbles directly enter into the ink cell inside and take the rubbish ink our of ink cell of anilox roller.
II. Machine cleaning 2 methods:
1. Put the concentrated anilox roller cleaning liquid on anilox roller equably, and leave it for several hours based on the congestion degree of anilox roller. Then put the anilox roller into the anilox roller cleaning machine to clean it, finally use clean water cleaning it.
2. Directly mixture the cleaning liquid with water according to the proportion of blending, then put the anilox roller into this machine to clean. Use ultrasonic anilox roller cleaning machine, more cleaning speed, perfect cleaning effect, no harmful for anilox roller.
