DCZ75 series high speed flatbed digital cutter is AOKE new generation cutting system for the industry such as carton packaging, printing, signage&graphics, display&stands, etc. It has two independent module design to assure the good expansibility and convenient tools exchange. It is equipped with versatile tools like: High frequency oscillating knife, creasing tool, V cutting tool, foam cutting tool, drawing tool, drag knife. This flatbed cutter can cut materials up to 60mm. And it is capable with a variety of materials cutting such as corrugated board, card board, grey board, honeycomb board, K board, PP foam board, PE foam, EVA foam, plastic sheet, and other printed sheet.
DCZ75 takes the whole new design with steel structure machine body, this greatly improves the stability of the working performance and the life of the machine. Meanwhile, the DCZ75 has tool height auto-adjust system which makes the tool cutting height adjustment convenient.
The main features of DCZ75 as below:
1. New steel frame machine body to improve the working stability and prolong the machine life;
2. Auto tool height adjusting system to make the tool hight adjustment convenient;
3. Media cutting depth up to 60mm, boarden the cutting range of materials;
4. New vacuum zone design, improve sucking energy to assure the cutting performance
