4. installation
open the packing box,read the instructions carefully
put the machine on the ground stably, adjust the foot screw of the machine (see chart 1), make the machine level
remove the plastic cover, clean the machine body and oil with brush or cloth
Check the power supply voltage and motor voltage are matching or not, make sure the power line is connected
use the manual wheel after the motor functioned(see chart 1), check whether every part is normal and has no noise(screw thread loose in transition).
plug the power cord, start the "play, operate hand pressure feeding switch " buttons, and check the rotation direction
threading and try sewing socks
5. sock sewing and use suggestions
for achieve the best effect of the product, when sock knitting finished, we suggest:
weave four items with fine woven nylon yarn(about 7-8), to be thinner nylon yarn parts
then wove12-16 items with roving woven yarns, constitute the thicker edge
if the sock body is rib organization, you can weave flat in front of sock toe about1cm
dry and superior quality 35D nylon is good for seaming head
