We are producing first class shoe materials for toe puffs and counters.

Safety is a thermoplastic material to be used toe-puff / counter. The base is produced with high quality non woven base impregnated with fine thermoplastic chemicals.
On the non woven base our XEM hot melt glue is applied, the strength of this EVA based thermo adhesive (hot melt) glue is its exceptional adhesion on all kinds of leather.

The temperature of the heated last in the machine should be set at the following values:

Temperature: 110 °C – 140 °C

Time:12-20 seconds

The temperature and time must be adjusted according the materials the shoe is made of to ensure a good adhesion of the counter. The passage in the cooling down station of the lasting machine gives a definitive shape to the counter that can be modified by re-heating.
