Specifications
We are producing first class shoe materials for toe puffs and counters.Soft is a filmic material with ping pong effect produced with dye extrusion technology. It is the soft
version of TGV Series. Its outstanding flexibility coupled with great extension range makes it the perfect toe puff for leisure and classic shoes alike. It can be coated both with EVA or TPU based adhesive according to customer specifications.
The toe puff is usually applied by means of special heated curved plate machine sometimes with cooling down station:
Temperature: 90 °C – 110 °C
Time: 10-15 seconds
The temperature and time must be adjusted according the materials the shoe is made of to ensure a good adhesion of the toe puff. Pass in the cooling down station of the machine to avoid detachment when the toe puff is still hot.
