1. Characteristics:
The product is made from multiple functional monomers with special polymerization process, and features strong
bonding force, good leveling and excellent operation performance. It is suitable for compounding of PET aluminized
film and card paper during making of gold/silver card paper in printing and package industry.

3,Applying and precautions:
1.Cleaning compound machine, glue into storage tank or directly joining the glue tank. Hung Road 70--95 °C for temperature, speed of operation about 30-50m/min.
2. 5-10 grams per square meter on the amount of gelatin around 25 degrees when the air humidity of 60%. paper
humidity 16-20%.
3.Cots in the plastic ends on the remaining pieces of glue on the long greens, cured rubber chutes onto the cot. it may
lead to irregular composite cardboard with a small particle size. To prevent this phenomenon, it should be done on the
type of plastic recycling, recycling pump suction pump head with a nylon filter cloth tied around 200 head. The use of
glue traps so.
4.If the machine opens for long time, there will be much bubbles inside glue tank.To defoam by spraying defoam agent
or add into glue and stir smoothly before using.
5.In wet weather,humidity is big,the curing speed of glue is slower,which can be adjusted by reducing machine speed or
increasing temperature of drying tunnel.
6.If composite cardboard 15.40 sitting there, probably because glues excessive, causing too much stress caused by the
gel contraction. High moisture content caused by itself or as cardboard, should be properly controlled.
