3. Applying and precautions:
1. Cleaning compound machine, glue into the recycling of plastic storage tank or join the glue tank directly. Bake temperature is 70-95 °C, the running speed is 30-50 m/min or so.
2. 5-10 grams per square meter on the amount of gelatin around 25 degrees when the air humidity of 60%. paper humidity 16-20%.
3.In wet weather,humidity is big,the curing speed of glue is slower,which can be adjusted by reducing machine speed or increasing temperature of drying tunnel.
4.If composite cardboard 15.40 sitting there, probably because glues excessive, causing too much stress caused by the gel contraction. High moisture content caused by itself or as cardboard, should be properly controlled.
