3,Applying process and precautions:
1.It is suitable for all combinations of solid wood board and glue.
2.Host : Curing Agent =(weight ratio)10:0.5-1.5 respectively use.
3. It is now preparing to use applied for 60-120 minutes.
4. In summer curing agent can reduce and opposite in winter. 100:5-15 range between regulations.
5. Being glued wood moisture content should be below 12%, after good pressure and viscosity, the higher pressure, the higher the intensity. The highest adhesive strength would achieve after 24 hours.

3,Applying process and precautions:
1.It is suitable for all combinations of solid wood board and glue.
2. The wood moisture content whose is glued should be in 8%-12%, the difference of adjacent substrate moisture content should not be greater than 2%, the precision of the machine should be controlled between ±0.1mm.
3.Host : Curing Agent =(weight ratio)10:0.5-1.5 respectively use. It is now preparing to use applied for 60-120 minutes. In summer curing agent can reduce and opposite in winter. 100:5-15 range between regulations.
4. The glue amount should be in about 200 to 350 g/m2. The appropriate amount of glue is that the squeezed glue appearance continuous, when the glue line is being squeezed. The accumulation time should be controlled at less than 10 minutes, and the summer should be within 5 minutes.
5. The increased pressure of the cork is 0.8 ~ 1Mpa,hardwood 1 ~ 1.5Mpa,the pressuring time is 40 to 60 minutes; the time of winter should be longer than the summer. When you relief after 24 hours, you can machine. Physical performance test after 72 hours is going.
6.The glue should be stored above 0°C,it can be used in more than 10°C.
