Product Description
- WL-STEP Series wheelchair lift can be installed at the position of steps of the side door and it can be used as steps when it is stowed. The operation of this lift is both electric and hydraulic with the main function of helping the disabled get into/out of vehicle, especially for the people in wheelchair.
- The operation of this lift is easy, safety and reliability. Its loading capacity can reach to 300 kg. Meanwhile, the application field is more widely because of its unique design and simple installation.
- This wheelchair lift can be operated by user himself, vehicle driver and person who can provide help. Fold the first platform which is used as step, and then use the remote control to raise the lift to vehicle floor.
- This lift has a typical characteristic, that is, the platform can be used as a step of the vehicle, which can save the space of vehicle and the operating time. There is anti-skidding device on the platform which can ensure the safety of wheelchair during lift performance. Also, the front rollstop will stand up, which is another protection for the wheelchair.
- Lift performance is fulfilled through power unit which consists of electric and hydraulic power. Using hydraulic cylinder can make sure the lift will perform steadily and ensure the safety of people on the platform. Using gravity to lower platform makes the performance silently and save electric power.
- Moreover, this lift can be operated manually for emergency. This lift can be operated by two people manually in case there is no power from vehicle. Once the lift is installed, it should be properly maintained according to the following cleaning, lubrication, and inspection instructions recommended by Xinder because it’s very important for lift performance.
- This operating manual contains main technical specifications of wheelchair lift, installation instructions, and maintenance and repair instructions. It is important for users that lift operator(s) should be completely familiar with the operating instructions.
