This seat fixing system is mounted inside vehicle.
By using the seat fixing system, vehicle seat can reinstalled if there is no wheelchair passenger, which is convenient for bus driver and bus usage.
The advantage this system is that if there is a wheelchair passenger, it is convenient to fix wheelchair; if there is no wheelchair passenger, it is also convenient to remount bus seats
