> Receiving Section (Pre-cleaning section)

1. To pre-clean the wheat in the receiving to wheat storage tank.
2. Clean out some big impurity to protect the discharge outlet not block up when feed to flour mill. Also protect the following equipment working safely .
3. Remove dust in the wheat. To be more cleaner in the workshop.                                                   Remove 90% big impurity and 95% dust.

> Cleaning Section 

    Further to clean out the middle and small impurity from wheat. e.g., dust, stone, magnetic material, wheat was bitten by insect and so on…

After cleaning section, wheat reach food standard.

In the cleaning process, wheat will be added right moisture that suitable for next step - milling.

After dampening, the finial flour will be white.

> Milling Section

* Adopt frequency conversion roller mill or Pneumatic roller mill .

  Automatically adjust roller   distance according to stock quantity and stock variety.

* Plan sifter, bigger sieve area and improve products’ quality.

* With purifier, less bran residual, increase flour whiteness.

> Packing Section

Our packing machine is fully automatic weighting and packing. The precision is less than 0.2%.

Like 25kg/bag, the weight is not less than or no more than 50g.

> Controlling section -- PLC SYSTEM can be selected

• Automatically display raw wheat , clean wheat, flour , pollard, bran instant flowing quantity
• Automatically display raw wheat , clean wheat, flour , pollard, bran instant flowing percentage.
• Automatically display raw wheat , clean wheat, flour , pollard, bran addup flowing percentage in a fixed time .
• With working history checking system.

All machines packed by fumigation-free box which is suitable for long term transportation and can    protect the machine very well.
