The process of flour milling (from wheat to milled into wheat flour) usually consist of the following: 1. wheat storage (silos, or warehouse) ---------- 2. cleaning system (sifter, destoner, seprater, magnet, scourer, etc) ----------- 3. dampening (dampener, conditioning silos, etc) ---------- 4. milling system (roller mill, plansifter, purifier, impact detacher, etc.) ---------- 5. Flour pressure and blending system (if need) ---------- 6. flour packing and stacking
We installed flour mill project in Ireland, Mexico, Argentina, Ecuador, Australia, Indonesia, Russia, and so on. In our country-China, we installed many projects, such as 500t/24h, 400t/24h, 220t/24h, 150t/24h, 120t/24h, 100t/24h.
The raw material (wheat, maize/corn, rice, etc) need to be cleaned before dampening to remove all kinds of impurities, like stick, mod, stone, iron, etc by sieve, de-stoner, magnet, etc.
After first cleaning, the material need to be dampened and conditioned in silos to suitable moisture contained, then start the second cleaning before milling.
After second cleaning, the material is clean enough to go to milling section.
Roller mill break the material, and plansifter separate the suitable size flour, purifier will extract the pure flour, semolina, etc.
After milling section, the flour will be packed into bags or stored in flour silos, or go to flour tanker.
PLC system, fully automatic controlling system with a lot of balancer, sensor, etc.
Automatically display raw wheat, clean wheat, flour, bran instant flowing quantity, flowing percentage, and a percentage for a fixed time.
With working history checking system.
With fault alarm system.
With printer.
Siemens or Schneider electrical parts, Omron sensor.
Adopt Japan brand rollers, SKF bearing, good painting, high manufacture accuracy.
Plansifter body make by bended whole piece of steel plate. SKF bearing.
All machines packed by fumigation-free box which is suitable for long term transportation and can protect the machine very well.
