Operating principle:

Kinetic steam milltake superheated steam as media, through the annular supersonic nozzle to accelerate to a high speed air stream to help accelerate speed of material, and materials collide with each other to realize crushing. Crushed material will be classified through the turbine air. Qualified powder collected by former collector, and unqualified powder will return to grinding chamber to crushing again. Stem keeps in overheat state, and producing under full dry method in the whole system

Features:

1. For the low energy consumption, it can take full advantage of back-pressure steam or steam over low heat shrink existing generation after generation as power, and it can effectively reduce the cost of powder processing. And the steam is not available on the practical application of emptying, but if take Kinetic steam mill, the processing costs will only count 1 / 5 to 1 / 8 compared with jet mill.

2. It has high crush strength, and can get a finer powder. This equipment even can realize Submicron even nano-powder processing to some material. Generally speaking, conventional jet mill design linear velocity is 400m / s to 600m / s, while the Kinetic steam mill can up to 1000m / s.

3. Kinetic steam mill,that is the material to collide with the material to crushing, so the equipment will not wear hardly. If large foreign body (bolts, iron, etc.) mixed with material go into the equipment, it will not damage the equipment. This equipment need low maintenance, has very few wearing parts, and will cost little for maintenance.

4. In the process of making explosive powder such as pulverized and petroleum coke, it can make sure the safety during process, and the material is crushed in the whole superheated steam, so there is no danger of explosion. and the powder can be kept at 40℃ to 80℃, this will help improve the combustion rate.

5. A wide range of particle size and processing, according to the requirement, it can make powder within 100 mesh -12500 mesh
