MOBILE SLAUGHTER UNIT (MSU)PROCESSING
No require do you have to truck your livestock to processing facilities far away. Now small producers like you can process your livestock where and when you want with a MBT Mobile & Modular Meat Processing (Slaughter) Unit.
CAPACITY
10 Beef /Big Cattle, 30 hog/Pig, or 50 Sheep/Goat per Sheep(Day).
The hanging cooler (Chilling Room) in the trailer can hold up 4,000 Kg. of carcasses so the unit can operate for two days before returning to its base to unload carcasses and re-supply.
The Unit divided in 3 parts ; 1st Mechanical Area, 2nd Cold Room, 3rd Processing Area.
The unit is equipped with a Diesel Generator, 1500 Ltr. Water Storage, Hot water geyser, Cold room, Cable Wrench for Hanging Cattle or Carcass, Pressure Washer, Sewage & Blood Collection Tank and tools to allow for fully self-contained operation. Carcasses begin chilling immediately after processing with Standby Chilling Unit.
