40 FT. HQ ISO SHIPPING CONTAINER OR SIMILAR CONVERTED TO MODULAR SLAUGHTER UNIT

 

THE PROCESSING CAPACITY

40 HOG/PIG, OR 60 SHEEP/GOAT PER SHIFT WITH 4,000 KG. CARCASS CHILLING ROOM YOU CAN INCREASE CAPACITY OF THIS UNIT TO BUY ADDITIONAL CHILLING ROOM FOR STORAGE OF CARCASS.

 

The Unit divided in 3 parts ; 1st Mechanical Area, 2nd Cold Room, 3rd Processing Area.

 

The unit is equipped with a Diesel Generator, 1500 Ltr. Water Storage, Hot water geyser, Cold room, Cable Wrench for Hanging Cattle or Carcass, Pressure Washer, Sewage & Blood Collection Tank and tools to allow for fully self-contained operation. Carcasses begin chilling immediately after processing with Standby Chilling Unit.
