The system will consist the following
SS balance tank:The float balance tank will be fabricated with 2 mm SS 304 sheet, with cover, sanitary float, milk out let with SS plug valve, return line ,manual flow control valve at inlet & adjustable ball feet
Milk feed pump
This will be used to transfer the milk from dump tank to milk chiller , The pump will be sanitary design as per dairy standard. It will be provided with single mechanical seal, The pump will be fitted with any reputed brand of electric motor suitable HP, The motor will be covered with SS sheet to prevent water penetration
PHE : Technical details as per milk chiller
Flow Diversion Valve: The FDV will provided to divert the milk flow to the balance tank if the pasteurization temp is on reached up to the set point
Pressure Flow Control System: one set of pressure flow control system will be provided to control the flow of milk when any scaling occurs during the running of pasteurizer to avoid any leakage of plates
Instrument & control panel
One manually control electric panel will be provided with the unit ,consist of all the push button station, indicator lamps, motor starters, Fuses, mccb, TPN for incoming cable
One temp. indicating panel for all the four points , FDV control with hooter for low temp , all copper cables to the PT-100, One No pressure control to avoid the any built pressure inside the plate
