IDD-213G, it is Car diagnostic scanner for J1939 commercial car with very low data flow  , it can read car engine parameters from car ECU like car fault codes, fuel consumption, RPM, ECT, MAP,etc.

External GPS is optional for real-time monitoring car location and gps tracking. 

 

All location and OBD diagnostic info. will be sent to Google map web-based software, Andriod, iOS app by GPRS.
