Select the frequency of induction heating equipment:
According to heat treatment and heating depth required, select frequency. The higher the frequency, the more shallow depth of heating.
The depth of the high-frequency (above 10KHZ above) for heating is 0.5-2.5mm, generally used for heating medum-sized or small parts, such as small modulus gear and medum-sized and smalll shaft parts.
Intermediate frequency IF (1-10KHZ) heating a depth of 2-10mm, generally used for large diameter shaft and medium-sized modulus gear heated.
Power Frequency (50HZ) heating the hardened layer depth of 10-20mm, generally used for large size parts diathermy, large diameter parts (diameter 300mm or more, such as rolls, etc.) surface hardening.
