Indicator of control panel:
1, Work Power: close the power switch, light indicates that there is electricity.
2, over voltage(OV): “over-voltage” lamp lights, and emits a constant beep, and you should deal with power failures,until voltage normal,start machine.
3, water over temperature(OT): When this welder ,its power components and heating induction coil is water-cooled , such as the water temperature is too high or water amount is too small, the indicator light, the welder automatically stop working, emits a constant beeping.
4, over current(OC): This light indicates that the output power is more than rated value.
1,Button:
1). Jog type: “heating” button, press this button, the device heating. Release, the heating is stopped.
“Stop” button: heating process, if you click this button , will stop heating (usually not use this).
2), the start-stop type:
Heating button: press this button, the device begins to heat.
Stop button: press this button to stop heating equipment.
Date display instrument: indicate output oscillating current
Output power adjustment knob: adjust output oscillating current size.
2.Foot Switch connector:
1). Jog type: used to connect a foot switch, instead of heating the buttons on the front panel to operate.
2), the start-stop type: used to connect the remote control box, instead of heating the stop button on the front panel for easy operation.
