Process Flow:
Loader→Conical twinscrew extruder→Mould→Vacuum calibration tank→Haul-off machine→cutting machine and stacker
Auxiliary:Belling machine,Mixer,Miller,Crusher
Application:
PVC pipe is widely used in drainage system,irrigation,electric conduit and so on.
1. Cpnical twin screw extruder: it adopts conical double screw extruder for high extrusion pressure and good effect of plasticizing.
2. Electrical control system:
3. Vacuum calibration tank and spray cooling tank:
it adopts double chamber vacuum calibrating and spray cooling, with functions of water temperature aut omatic control and automatic water supply and discharge.
4. Haul-off machine: the pulling systerm adopts imported frequency regulator and three or four caterpillar clamping for large pulling force and the no-deformation of pipe.
5. Cutting machine: It adopts planetary cutting machine with the forced dust suction function.
