Application:
pvc gutter production line/pipe extrusion machine /PVC Pipe making machine mainly used for producing pvc drainage pipes, pvc water supply pipes, pvc conduit pipes and so on.
The whole PVC pipe making machine include: Material loader, SJSZ series conical twin screw extruder, pipe mould, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off machine, cutter and stacker;
pipe printer and PVC Pipe Belling machine are optional as detail requirement.
SRL-Z series PVC Powder hot/cooling mixing unit, SWP series Plastic Crusher, SMF series Plastic Milling Machine/ Pulverizer are necessary auxiliary equipments.

1. Cpnical twin screw extruder: it adopts conical double screw extruder for high extrusion pressure and good effect of plasticizing.
2. Electrical control system:
3. Vacuum calibration tank and spray cooling tank:
it adopts double chamber vacuum calibrating and spray cooling, with functions of water temperature aut omatic control and automatic water supply and discharge.
4. Haul-off machine: the pulling systerm adopts imported frequency regulator and three or four caterpillar clamping for large pulling force and the no-deformation of pipe.
5. Cutting machine: It adopts planetary cutting machine with the forced dust suction function.
