Descrition:
1,the inside barrel of Heating & Cooling Mixer are made of stainless steel; the outside baiTel of heating Mixer are also in stainless steel, It can resist the corruption of DOP and there is a 550mmstainless steel material adding bucket up the pot cover.
2,The Heating Mixer is equipped with 3-pc – type blades : The cooling Mixer is equipped with carrying – pole type blades.
3,Electric beating device:equipped with temperature tesing device & warm accuse table.
Applications:
SRL-ZA series mixing unit is appliable for mixing,colouring and drying of various resin such as poly,PE,PP,PVC polypropylene,poly chloride etc,and in the process of drying and volatilization of engineering plastics such as ABS PC etc before forming and processing as well as in the mixing of phenolic resin.
The unit combines heat mixing and cool mixing together.The materials after heat mixing can be gotting into cool mixer for cooling automatically,exhausts remaining gass and avoids agglomerates.
