What FAE could offer?

FAE  Rotarydrilling rigs can be equipped with powerful hydraulic rotary head up 360 kNm torque for the execution of drilled piles up to 2500 mm diameter over 90 meters depth.

Larger diameter piles are conceived for deep foundation piles through particularly dense or hard rock:

1-Dry piles

drilling in solid ground without water infiltrations

2-Dry piles with casing protection

Performed when soil is unstable. The casing can be withdrawn or left in situ. Steel casings can be installed by means of the rotary table of the rig, by additional equipment such as hydraulic vibrators or casing oscillator.

When the drilling depth is reached, a steel reinforcement is inserted inside the excav-ated pile and concrete is poured by means of tremie pipes.

3-Wet piles

In some cases there may be a need to employ drilling fluids (such as bentonite suspension or biodegradable polymers) in order to maintain a stable shaft

And the undercarriage is nonetheless the famous Transmittal make type that has long proven history in building rugged, versatile and useful  under-carriage. 

The Mast is built using the careful selection of material and with CAD designed re-enforced  with HIGHTENSILE Structure boxed in. 

The Triaxis arrangement of mast systems enables a very user friendly parallelogram set up that can be rig up and ready for work within few tenth Minutes.

The Kellybars  and Augers are built from well-known fabricators such from either Europe or China. 

It has a very stringent control of material selected for the fabrication of its tools.

The Rotary head and Mast looks the same externally but either welding Procedures are followed strictly and supervised with highest standard possible or careful material selection during building process.

The safety purpose Non-winch Rotation when lowering the Kellybar with or without tools is option. 

This prevents the Kellybar  wire rope from messing upon the winch.

It's ensures the wire rope is always arranged in a neat and tidy manner.

Extra cushions are installed in the rotary head system to educe damage during accidental fall of  Kellybars on to the drive-flange during its lifting process.
