A STANDARD PRODUCT BY ASTM D 4956 TYPE 4, EN12899 CLASS 2, ALSO COMPLYING WITH AUSTRALIAN STANDARD AS/NZS 1906.1, WITH CE CERTIFICATES FOR EU.

 

A STANDARD REFLECTIVE SHEETING USED FOR TRAFFIC SIGN IN THE HIGH WAY AND ROADS NEED HIGH REFLECTIVITY. CAN ALSO BE USED AS CONSPICUILTY TAPE DOT-C2 AND WARNING TAPES.

 

A FIRST RELIABLE PRISMATIC REFLECTIVE SHEETING (HIP) PRODUCED IN CHINA, COMPLIES WITH AMERICAN STANDARD AND EUROPEAN STANDARD, WITH SIMILAR TECHNOLOGY AS 3M, AVERY DENNISION.

DM7600 is ACRYLIC type prismatic reflective sheeting, the top surface is PMMA sheet, comparing the PC film and PVC film which is used by other manufacture of low quality prismatic sheets, the composited PMMA sheet performs better on UV resistance and heat resistance, hence DM7600 has long life span as 3M 3930 and AVERY T6500 product.

 

Also the PMMA sheet makes DM7600 more expensive than the normal prismatic sheetings which uses PC, PET or PVC.

 

DM7600 looks similar as Korean products but performs better than MADE-IN-KOREA, a different processing of prismatic forming gives a strong connection between layers of reflective sheeting, as to be avoid of DELIMINATION of reflective layer from others. Thus there will be no such problem that the reflective sheets drop off from the sign board or plates after long period.
