1.What's the guarantee, in case the machine breaks down? 

The machine has one years guarantee. If it breaks down, generally speaking, our technician will figure out what the problem may be, 

according to clients feedback.  Please be assured the purchase,we will give you lifelong provide free technical support and maintenance services.   

 2.How long is the delivery time? 
 
For standard machines, it would be 7-14 working days; for 

non standard machines and customized machines according to client s specific requirements, it would be 7 to 20 days. It's included in our 3 to 5 days test time ,to make sure machine quality.

3.Do you have the manual of machine?

Yes, we have. We will give you the machine English Manual when we deliver the machine to you.

4.How about the documents after shipment?

After machine shipment, we will send all original documents to you by DHL, including Packing List, Commercial Invoice, B/L, and other certificates as required by clients.
