Waste PET Bottle Recycling System
PET flakes washing production line.
1. This equipment can make all kinds of the used polyester material, which are after being crushed, washed, dewatered, dried, then directly used in spin.
2. The flakes made from this machine similar to new material can be used for spinning HK, POY long silk, short silk, PET sheet, packing belt and so onwith out process in advance.
3. The whole streamline is with high automatization, and operated only by 3 or 4 person.
4. The output of this machine can reach 300 - 3000kg/h.
5. The bottle cabs and labels can be automatically separated, the washed flaxes with less than 1% label paper, and water content 1 - 2%, also features saving energy.
