Single screw extruder
Product Description
Our series of single screw extruders range from 20 to 150mm. It consists of driving, extrusion, production and control systems. The extrusion parts such as barrel and screw are made of high strength anti-corrosive alloy with hardness between HV840-950 after nitridation.
Features:
1) Applications: Suitable for extruding all types of plastic materials
2) Can be combined with various auxiliary machinery
3) Suitable screws: 30, 45, 65, 90, 100, 120, 150, 200
4) Controller: Normal, HMC microcomputer controller (optional)
5) Length / diameter ratio can be changed (suitable between 25: 1 - 33: 1)
6) Specially designed screw, high-torque decelerator and high power DC motor
to ensure good mixture of material and high output.
