About products:
Medium type vacuum tumbler (BVRJ-280) is the most common tumbling machine in domestic meat processing enterprises. It is usually used in med & small plants.
BVRJ-280 vacuum tumbler massages the meat lumps under vacuum condition, the meat is tenderized, so that it absorbs brine fully and dissolves the protein.
This machine adopts a vacuum air circulating system, which effectively improves the tumbling process. It is with turn-over discharge and easy to clean. It can meet the processing requirements of various meat products.
It comprises rack, vacuum system, motor, tumbling barrel and electric cabinet etc. It is completely made of high quality stainless stel 304. The inner paddles are volute type. It can continuous vacuumize during operating, tipping discharge.
Defferent low speed or high-speed tumbling can be set based on the raw meat materials and productivity.
