About products:

BNHJ-IV is needle type tenderizer.

It comprises gear motor, cutting structure, tenderizer knives, stepping infeed structure, control button, rack and knive shaft etc.

It is completely made of high quality stainless steel and used with brine injector. The needles are usually straight shape or L shape. The cutting depth is adjustable.

BNHJ-IV tenderizer(tendon cutting machine) is deisgned to tenderize meat or sawed frozen beef steak after injection process. Needle-shaped knives cut the surface of meat to get the larger surface and improve meat quality.

 It adopts stepping feed system and can be linked with brine injector as a continuous production line.
