BXXJ-I comprises tubular electric heating components, electric cambinet, conveyor system, box, water circulation system and motor etc. It is completely made of stainless steel.
This machine is used for automatic cleaning of plastic box, storage disk and ham mould as well as surface cleaning of sterilizing package bags.
It is single pump; it is equipped with water temperature control system and steam heating system which can be changed into electricity heating according to the requirements of customers. It is also equipped with circulation water filtering, high pressure spraying, automatic transmitting system, anti-spilling devices.
operating points: Before working, first inject water into water boxes, and then put in detergent, disinfectant. Turn on the conveying motor and every tube pump while heating them up to the cleaning temperature, then put in boxes after it running correctly.
Notice:
(1) adding the boxes which filled with detergent and disinfectant timely;
(2) checking water circulation strainer, removing the dirties;
(3) cleaning the machine after ending the running; checking the cleaning nozzle after a period of time.
